It features grooved cast iron plates for even heat distribution and fast cooking. The grill is equipped with two temperature controllers for variable heat settings of low, medium and high. The griddle has a drip tray to collect excess oil and can be easily removed for easy cleaning. A cleaning brush is also included in the delivery.
