This complete weight tower is ideal for muscle building and toning. It has an adjustable leg lock with 3 settings. Special safety hooks provide additional safety during exercise. The dumbbell and weight set features solid chrome bars with quick-action spring collars (for the barbell bar), non-slip knurled handles and star-shaped screw caps with grooves (for the barbell bars) for secure attachment of the weight plates. You can train without worrying about safety issues. The weight plates are made of a robust polyethylene housing. They can be combined in different ways for different training purposes.
